Returns
Perfect Whitening is proud to offer a 7 day exchange back guarantee for any item that is deemed defective provided it is returned in it's original state. Partial returns will not be accepted. This also applies to mouth trays, no mouth tray will be replaced/refunded once it has been submerged in water. It is the customers responsibility to pay for any return shipping costs. If an item needs to be returned, you must email PerfectWhiteningTeeth@gmail.com first and describe the problem.
Refunds: If you did not receive your item because it was lost. After we filed investigation with DHL and found that this is true. You can get your 100% money refunded.
Pricing
All prices listed are exclusive of postage and handling charges. Perfect Whitening reserves the right to altar any pricing without notice whilst we also reserve the right to cancel any orders where there has been an error on our website and an incorrect price has been displayed. In this case, all payments will be refunded.

Lost Parcels
Perfect Whitening accepts no responsibility for any lost or unclaimed packages.Online tracking will be available via the Australia post website or DHL webtrack website. Please track it carefully and if it has been longer than 20days then contact us immediately. If you left it longer than 30 days then you can lose it and we won't be able to help you.
